There are different delivery lead times according to the model of shower tray and the destination:

They are available in sizes from 70×70 to 100×200 cm, in moulds of 10 centimetres tall/wide, and you can also request custom sizes.

How many different colours are available?

The Ebro stone texture is available in 12 colours from the RAL chart, while the Ebro slate texture is available in 10 and the Nile marbled tray is available in just 1.

Can I choose other colours aside from the available palette?

Yes, but custom colours incur an additional cost.

Are the core and the surface of the tray the same colour?

Yes, both the core and the surface are the same colour.

Polyester resin is a natural material that is used for manufacturing various different industrial products due to its numerous benefits.

What are the properties of polyester resin?

The main properties of polyester resin are related to its durability: hardness, resistance to collision, thermal stability, resistance to chemical products, etc.

What is Gel Coat?

Gel Coat is a modified resin that is applied in liquid form as a coating on other materials. It has many uses, particularly for marine applications, where it is applied to the outer surface of yachts to provide them with additional durability and resistance to UV rays, erosion, and hydrolysis.

Is the shower tray hollow or solid inside? Is it made entirely of resin?

It is solid and made entirely of the same material: resin fibre and natural mineral fillers.

What are mineral fillers?

They are relatively inert organic or inorganic solid compounds that are added to the resin or Gel Coat to obtain specific flow properties. Shower trays from Crocket are made using both mineral fillers and resins.

What is the ratio of resin to mineral fillers in the shower trays?

25%/75% in the Ebro Stone and 30%/70% in the Ebro Slate and the Nile.

What is the thickness in microns of the Gel Coat on the shower trays?

300 on the Ebro Stone and 700 in the Ebro Slate and the Nile.

Are all the shower tray components made of the highest quality materials?

Yes, in addition to the aforementioned tray and its properties as described, the shower grate is made of stainless steel, and it is finished in marble on the Nile model.

Do the trays come with a grate and siphon?

Yes, they come with both.

Is the grate made from stainless steel?

Yes, the Ebro grate is stainless steel and the Nile grate is painted stainless steel.

What is the height of the siphon?

Around six centimetres.

How long is the warranty for your shower trays?

Our shower trays come with a 5-year warranty, which is 3 years more than the legislation requires for this kind of product.

What certifications do your shower trays have?

The Ebro Stone has the Spanish AIDIMME certification, and the Ebro Slate and the Nile are ITC certified.

What is the AIDIMME certification?

The AIDIMME is the Metalworking, Furniture, Wood, Packaging and Related Technological Institute. It is a technological innovation centre dedicated to RDI projects related to these materials and products. As such, a certification from this institute constitutes a seal of approval both in terms of quality and innovation.

What is the ITC certification?

The ITC is the Technical Control Institute and Testing Laboratory, which offers quality control services for construction and civil engineering. They offer quality testing on various surfaces, including road testing, which involves everything related to floor surfaces. What finish do the shower trays have? Are they glossy?

The Ebro Stone tray has a glossy finish, while the Ebro Slate and the Nile trays have a matt finish.

Do the trays have a slate finish?

We have three models: the Ebro slate has a slate-effect finish, the Ebro stone has a granite-effect finish and the Nile has a marble-effect finish.

What is the height of your shower trays?

They measure approximately 3 centimetres in height, practically at ground level.

Are the shower trays anti-slip?

Yes, they have the C3 anti-slip rating, the highest on the market.

Are they suitable for use outdoors?

Yes, our shower trays are perfectly suitable for use outdoors.

What does Class III mean in terms of the anti-slip properties of shower trays?

The recommended anti-slip rating varies according to what conditions the surface will undergo, and its inclination. Class I is generally used for surfaces in rooms with a low risk of slippage, such as kitchens. For rooms with a high risk of slippage, such as swimming pools or showers, a higher anti-slip rating is recommended, with class III being the highest available.

How much does a resin shower tray weigh?

Its weight will vary according to its size, but it will be somewhere between 30 and 70 kilos.

How should a resin shower tray be cleaned?

The most suitable way to clean them is with water and neutral soap, avoiding any abrasive products such as bleach or ammonia, which could damage the Gel Coat.
